Christmas Delivery.

Our last despatch for Christmas will be on the 23rd Dec, with orders taken before 3pm, for delivery on the 24th Dec using NEXT DAY delivery. Please note that delivery on the 24th is dependent on the service of the carrier on what can be a very busy day.

Thank you for choosing Big Red Warehouse to supply your goods. As it is not always possible to be in to receive your goods Parcel Force our carrier have instructions to leave your parcel with a neighbour and obtain a signature. Parcel Force may also leave you with a card to advise you where your parcel has been left. In the event that they are unable to get a signature on delivery the driver may note on your card that they have either taken the parcel to your local Post Office for your collection or returned to the depot for re-delivery. Should you be left with a delivery failure card this will contain important information such as consignment number (parcel number) and a local Parcel Force depot telephone number which you will need when chasing your delivery. Please do not throw this card away before receiving your re-delivery/collection.

*£10.00 Next Day Delivery = Next Working Day, orders received before 3.00p.m. Mon to Fri.

If you are in any of the following postal codes, the charge for Parcel Force delivery will be £12.00 with an expected delivery of approximately 3 - 5 working days:-

BT, IM, IV, GY, HS, JE, KW, PA, PH, ZE.

Big Red Warehouse Returns Policy:

Newcron Ltd trading as Big Red Warehouse complies with the Distance Selling Regulations.

To return a product you must comply with the following:

• Inform us by phone, post, or e-mail within 7 working days following receipt of goods if you wish to return any product supplied by us.

• Non faulty products must be returned within 7 working days following receipt of goods for a refund of product value only. (return postage/carrier cost will be the customers expense). We can arrange collection by our carrier for a cost of £5.50 (with exception to larger outdoor items and Products over 30kg in weight - call for more info) which will be deducted from any refund of non faulty products.

• Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have Seven Working Days to notify us if you wish to cancel the order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please ensure you take care of the goods including the packaging.

• Returned goods must have RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) reference number supplied by us when contacted, along with details of customer name,address, telephone number and reason for return enclosed.

What we will refund:

• Under Distance Selling Regulations if you have complied with the above conditions we will refund the full price charged including the initial delivery charge.

• (Faulty or misdescribed products) Product exchange if possible will be offered or a full refund including delivery charges if returned within 30 days of receipt.

Big Red Warehouse definition of faulty product is a product with a manufacturing defect.

Your statutory rights will remain unaffected.
