This interactive Winnie the Pooh cuddly toy is a child’s best friend, allowing them to role play by mirroring their own routines throughout the day with Pooh. With easy set up, adjustable to your own routines, Pooh will switch modes throughout the day and talk to your child with over 50 phrases including prompts to get him dressed, feed him and settle him down at bed-time. In play mode Pooh includes a hide and seek game and Pooh comes with his own Honey pot and spoon to feed him with. A DAY IN THE LIFEPooh will stay asleep if you child trys to play with him during the night making ‘zzzz’ noises to indicate it’s not time to get up yet. Once Pooh wakes at a clock controlled time he stays silent unless your child presses his nose or hand, when he says “good morning friend” He will then revert to play modeIn play mode if his hand or nose is pressed then Pooh says a selection of over 50 phrases, but a parent or older child can initiate the hide and seek game in which pooh asks to be hidden and then after 20 seconds starts calling to the child to come and find him. When the child finds him he asks if they want to play again and they can choose to revert him to normal play or go again. The hide and seek game times out after 3 minutes if the bear is not found. The morning routine is started at a clock controlled time, Pooh announces the first part of his morning routine (have breakfast, brush teeth, get dressed or have a wash). If his nose is pressed during this routine, he will only mention the routine (Christopher Robin likes brushing his teeth). After a set time Pooh is now back in play mode Pooh will continue to announce a variety of routines set by the parent throughout the day from breakfast to bedtime. In the morning the process starts again. The is also a nap mode that can be activated at will by the parent that forces the toy into night mode to tie in with the child’s naps. SET UPWhen you take Pooh out of his box, once batteries are inserted, he will guide you through the set up process audibly, you set him by pressing his nose or hand when he asks questions and this takes about 5 minutes. By asking a range of questions he sets up elements of the routine by time and others by order. For example:Lunch is controlled by the internal clock, the bear asks during set up what time he should have lunch and the parent scrolls through the clock by pressing his hand and sets their choice by pressing his nose. When the set up is complete he offers the parent the chance to check their settings, if they agree he will repeat back the entire days routine. Then he is ready to go (until the batteries run down and need to be replaced when the set up will need to be repeated). Suitable for children from the age of 12 months
